食品中有机磷农药残留量检测新方法及进展

摘    要:为给食品中有机磷农药残留量检测提供参考方法,对目前已报道食品中有机磷农药残留量检测方法作一综述。介绍了生物化学测定法、速测灵法、发光菌检测法、化学发光法、生物传感器法和免疫分析法等有机磷农药残留检测新方法,讨论了各方法的基本原理及其优缺点。
