| 摘 要： | 目的 总结应用HydroCoil栓塞系统（HES）治疗颅内动脉瘤的初步体会。方法 应用HydroCoil结合水解铂金微弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤患背14例共15个动脉瘤，其中前交通动脉瘤5个，后交通动脉瘤3个，大脑中动脉瘤2个，大腑后动脉瘤1个，椎动脉火层动脉瘤1个，基底动脉顶端动脉瘤1个，颈内动脉C2段动脉瘤2个：结果 12例患者13个动脉瘤完全栓塞，2例患者2个动脉瘤大部分栓塞：8例患者随访3-5个月，均朱见复发。结论 HES能安全有效的栓寒颅内动脉瘤，明显的提高动脉瘤填塞的致密度。栓塞后动脉瘤短期小易复发。长期临床效果仍有侍于进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize prelirninafy experience of treating intracranial aneurysms, with HES. Methods 15 intracranial aneurysms in 14 patients were embolized with HES and DCS, including 5 AcoA, 3 PeoA, 2 MCA, 1 PCA, 1 VA dissecting aneurysm, 1 BA apex and 2 ICA-C2 aneurysms. Results 13 aneurysms in 12 patients were embolized completely, 2 mostly embolized. There were no complications and hemorrhage in the 8 cases in the follow-up of 2 to 5 months. Conclusions Treatment for intracranial aneurysms with HES is a safe, effective and reliable measure and Hvdrocoils can improve aneurysm filling. Clinical outcome needs further practice and long term follow-up study. |
