| 摘 要： | 目的观察萘哌地尔衍生物(YM06)对家兔体外血小板聚集率的影响。方法采用体外血小板比浊法,利用不同的诱导剂,观察YM06对血小板聚集率的抑制作用。结果YM06对肾上腺素引起的血小板聚集有明显的抑制作用,高浓度对二磷酸腺苷所引起的血小板聚集也有抑制效应。结论YM06体外具有抑制血小板聚集的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of naftopidil' ramification-YM06 on the platelet aggregation of rabbit.Methods Using turbidimetry to determine the inhibiting rafe of YM06 to platelets aggragation induced by adanosine diphosphate(ADP) and adrenaline.Results YM06-5 and 10-4mol.L-1 can significantly inhibit the platelet aggregation induced by adernaline,YM06-4mol.L-1 can also inhibit the platelet aggregation induced by ADP.Conclusions YM06 has inhibiting effect on the platelet aggregation. |
