华蟾素注射液对肝癌术后复发的干预作用

目的:探讨华蟾素注射液对肝癌术后复发的干预作用。方法:60例行根治切除术的原发性肝癌患者随机分成:华蟾素组、栓塞组和华蟾素+栓塞联合组,每组20例。术后1个月开始进行相应治疗,定期进行随访,考察患者生存质量、药物毒副反应、生存率和复发率。结果:华蟾素组和联合组生存质量改善率分别为55.0%,50.0%,均高于栓塞组的30.0%(P<0.05);华蟾素组毒副反应相对较轻;华蟾素组和联合组24个月生存率为75.0%,70.0%,高于栓塞组的60.0%(P<0.05),3组24个月累计复发率无显著性差异。结论:华蟾素注射液的综合疗效优于其他2种干预方式,值得临床推广使用。

Effect of Cinobufagin Injection on Prevention of Recurrence of Primary Liver Cancer with Radical Resection

Objective:To investigate the effect of Cinobufagin injection on prevention of recurrence of primary liver cancer with radical resection. Method: Sixty postoperative patients with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into three groups: Cinobufagin group, transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) group and combined treatment group(Cinobufagin+TACE). Each group contained 20 cases. The patients with radical resection after 1 month were given with the corresponding treatment. The life quality, side-effects, survival and recurrence rate in the patients were evaluated. Result: The improvement rates of life quality in Cinobufagin group and combined treatment group were 55.0% and 50.0%, respectively, which were obviously higher than that of TACE group (30.0%, P<0.05). The patients in Cinobufagin group showed the slight side-effects. The over-24-month survival rates of Cinobufagin group and combined treatment group were 75.0% and 70.0%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of TACE group (60.0%, P<0.05). The over-24-month recurrence rates of three groups showed no difference statistically. Conclusion: Cinobufagin injection is an effective medicine for prevention of recurrence of primary liver cancer with radical resection, which is worthy of wide application.
