| 摘 要： | １９９２年４月至１９９４年１１月中高血压脑出血４２例，手术治疗４０例，８例死亡，手术死亡率占２０％，说明手术治疗高血压脑出血能够提高疗效，本文对影响手术疗效的因素进行讨论。

| Abstract: | cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were admitted to our department from April, 1992 to November, 1994.Among them 40 cases were treated surgically and 8 died,the mortality rate being 20% of those operated.The result of the study showed that surgical therapy could improve the effectiveness of the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,Factors affecting the effectiveness of surgical therapy were also discussed in this article |
