| 摘 要： | 目的：研究蜘蛛香Valeriana jatamansi的化学成分。方法：通过各种色谱手段（Silica gel、ODS、HPLC）对蜘蛛香甲醇提取物进行分离纯化，通过^1H—NMR、^13C-NMR等波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果：分离并鉴定了4个含氯元素的环烯醚萜类化合物，分别为rupesin B（1）、chlorovaltrate（2）、volvaltrates B（3）、1,5-dihydroxy-3．8-epoxyvalechlorine A（4）。结论：化合物1～3为首次从植物蜘蛛香中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the chemical constituents from the seeds of Valerianajatamansi. Methods： The compounds were isolated by chromatography and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results： Four iridoid compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as rupesi B （1）, chlorovaltrate （2）, volvaltrates B （3）, 1, 5-dihydroxy-3, 8-epoxyvalechlorine A （4）. Conelusion： Compounds 1-3 are isolated from this plant for the first time. |
