红缘拟层孔菌液体发酵培养基配方的研究

摘    要:目的:研究不同培养基组成成分对红缘拟层孔菌菌丝产量和多糖量的影响,优选出的红缘拟层孔菌液体发酵培养基的最佳配方。方法:以菌丝体生物量和胞内多糖的量为指标,通过单因素试验确定液体培养基中最佳碳源、氮源及维生素B1的用量。通过L9(3^4)正交试验确定红缘拟层孔菌的液体发酵培养基配方的最佳组合。结果:优选出的红缘拟层孔菌液体发酵培养基最佳配方为(g/100mL):大米粉5,酵母粉1,磷酸二氢钾0.1,硫酸镁0.15,维生素B10.04。结论:优选出红缘拟层孔菌的液体发酵培养基的最佳配方,为今后大规模液体发酵研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:Objective: To study the optimal culture medium composition for the liquid fermentation of Fomitopsispinicola. Methods: Taking the mycelial biomass and production of polysaccharide as detecting indices, the optimum submerged fermentation parameters for F. pinicola, were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test. Results: The optimal formula for liquid fermentation (g/100 mL) were: rice powder 5, yeast 1, KH2PO3 0.1, MgSO4 0.15, and VB1 0.04. Conclusion: The optimal medium composition for the liquid fermentation ofF. pinicola has been selected, which provides the scientific basis for the further research of F. pinicola.
