中西医结合治疗股骨头缺血性坏死临床研究

目的 :通过用带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣骨膜移植和中药 ,探讨一种治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的方法。方法 :采用带旋髂深血管蒂髂骨瓣骨膜移植和中药综合治疗股骨头缺血性坏死。结果 :治疗 78例 ,5年以上随访 40例 ,采用 Harris疗效评分标准 ,其中优 2 3例 ,良 12例 ,可 5例。优良率 87.5 %。结论 :手术方法和结合中药治疗股骨头缺血性坏死具有协同作用 ,中药具有改善受血区的血液循环 ,增强移植骨成骨能力的作用。

CLINICAL STUDY OF THE TREATMEAT OF ISCHEMIC NECROSIS OF FEMORAL HEAD WITH INTEGRA-TION WEST AND TRADITIONAL CHINESE MEDICINE

Objective:To find a good method to cure ischemic necrosis of femoral head by iliac bone and periost grafting with pedicle of deep iliac circumflex vessels and Chinese herbal drugs Methods:Iliac bone and periost grafting with pedicle of deep iliac circumflex vessels and Chinese herbal drugs were used to treat ischemic necrosis of femoral head Results:Seventy-eight patients were treatead,and forty patients were followed up for over five years.According to Harris’ hip scores,the result was excellent for 23 cases,good for 12 cases, and fair for 5 cases The satisfactory rate was 87 5 percents Conclusions:Operations and Chinese herbal drug treatments have cooperative effects in ischemic necrosis of femoral head.Chinese herbal drugs can improve the blood circulation of the recipient part and increase the osteogenic ability of the grafted bone
