胃癌术后病人阶段式健康教育方法研究

目的 通过对胃癌术后病人进行阶段式健康教育的研究,寻求提高胃癌术后病人健康教育质量的方法,保证胃癌术后病人对健康教育相关知识的掌握.方法 通过2006年1～7月在我科对48例胃癌术后病人实施阶段式健康教育与2005年4-12月对42例胃癌术后病人采用常规传统的健康教育方式进行对比分析.结果 两组患者在情绪状况,对相关知识掌握率,护理并发症发生率,首次化疗并发症发生情况以及对护理服务的满意率方面有非常显著性差异(p＜0.05).结论 阶段式健康教育方式能显著提高健康教育的效果,有利于胃癌术后病人的康复.

Stagewise health education method research of the patients after gastric cancer operation

Objective:through the research of doing stagewise health education to the patients who after gastric cancer operation,to seek the methods of improving the health education quality of those patients,and ensure those patients to master the related knowledge of health education.Methods: the contrast analysis between the stagewise health education which actualized to 48 patients after gastric cancer operation though Jan.to Jul.2006 in our department,and the general orthodox health education which had been adopted by 42 patients after gastric cancer operation though Apr.to Dec.,2005.Results: the two sets of sufferers have highly significant differentia(p<0.05) in emotion,the mastery rate of correlative knowledge,the incidence rate of nursing complications,the condition of occurring first time chems complication,and the satisfaction rate of the nursing service.Conclusion : the stagewise health education method is able to observably enhance the effect of health education,and in favor of the recovery of the patients who after gastric cancer operation.
