| 摘 要： | 目的:研究甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)患者球后的血流动力学变化.方法:对30例甲亢型TAO患者、10例甲低型TAO患者及30例正常人进行眼动脉(OA)、视网膜中央动脉(CRA)以及眶上静脉(SOV)、视网膜中央静脉(CRV)的血流进行检测,并进行统计学处理.结果与结论:甲亢型TAO组与正常对照组比较Vmax 只有轻度增高,甲低型TAO组Vmax无增高,甚至是轻度降低,甲亢型、甲低型TAO组Vmin都呈降低趋势,RI值呈升高趋势.甲亢型TAO、甲低型TAO病组的SOV较对照组流速明显降低,有显著差异.

| Abstract: | Objective: To research the retrobulbar hemodynamics of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy(TAO) disease.Method: We use color doppler flow imaging to examine 30 cases of hyperthyroidism,10 cases of hypothyroidism and 30 cases of normal,detecting the blood flow of OA,CRA,SOV and CRV,and performing statistical comparison.Result and Conclusion: The Vmax of the hyperthyroidism group slightly increased while the hypothyroidism group had no difference or even slightly decreased when compared to the normal ones.The Vmin of both groups with TAO disease decreased and had increase trends of RI.The SOV of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism decreased significantly when compared to the normal ones. |
