早期人工促排便预防新生儿黄疸的临床分析

目的：探讨早期人工促排便法预防新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析足月分娩的300例正常新生儿临床资料。结果：实验组新生儿首次排便时间及大便变黄时间与对照组相比明显缩短,经皮胆红素值低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义。结论：人工促排便法是预防新生儿黄疸的有效方法,可显著减少新生儿高胆红素血症的发生。

The early time presses the bowel movement to prevent the newborn jaundice artificially the clinical analysis

Objective： To explore and promote defecation method of early artificial clinical efficacy of prevention of neonatal jaundice.Methods： A retrospective analysis of 300 cases of term delivery of clinical data of normal newborns.Results： The first bowel movement and stool newborn yellow time was significantly shorter compared with the control group,transcutaneous bilirubin levels than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion： Artificial promote defecation method is an effective way to prevent neonatal jaundice,can significantly reduce the incidence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
