摘 要: | 目的:建立当归中阿魏酸的提取及含量测定方法,为当归的质量标准控制提供理论依据。方法:采用微波提取当归中阿魏酸,萃取液为80%甲醇20ml,微波萃取仪功率:为最大功率(850W)的25%;时间:恒压时间15min,总时间25min;压力值0.40MPa。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定当归中阿魏酸的含量,Hitachi7000型高效液相色谱仪,Symmetery-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱;柱温:35℃;流动相:乙晴-0.02mol/l磷酸二氢钾溶液(17:83,pH2.5);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:322nm;进样体积20μl。结果:阿魏酸进样量在0.048-0.128μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,R=0.9998;平均回收率为100.01%,RSD=2.41%。结论:本实验所建立的方法专属性强,准确度高,重现性好,可作为当归的质量控制方法。

Results: The ferulic acid specimen handling quantity assumes the good linear relationship in 0.048-0. 128 μg scope with the peak area, R=0. 9998; The average returns-ratio is 100. 01 %, RSD= 2.41%. Conclusion:This experiment establishes method specificity, the accuracy is high, the reproduction quality is good, may take the Chinese angelica the quality control method. |
