| 摘 要： | 本文报道1987年9月,在某校大面积灭鼠的同时,应用间接免疫荧光法进行了鼠类流行性出血热(EHFV)病毒携带状况检查,结果查鼠肺219份,EHFV抗原阳性20份(9.1％),研究认为:用5/万敌鼠钠盐灭鼠对鼠肺检出EHFV抗原无影响;黄胸鼠、褐家鼠及其黑变型均可携带EHFV;其鼠密度与带病率呈正相关关系;雌鼠及成年鼠带病毒率明显高于雄鼠和非成年鼠。

| Abstract: | 219 murine lungs were examined to detect Epidemic HemorrhagicFever Virus (EHFV) carrier rate in mus by indirect immunofluorescence technique.These samples were taken from a university where deratization was conducted on a large scale in Sep 1987.It was found that 20 out of all the examined samples showed the positive reaction against antigen of EHFV (9.1%).These findings indicated that no effects would be observed in the check-up EHFV antigen in mus by application of 5/10 000 diphacin.Rattus flavipectus,Rattus norvegicus and black variety of Rattus norvegicus were EHFV carriers.There was a positive correlation between rat density and virus carrier rate,and the virus carrier rate of female rats and adult rats was remarkably higher than that of the male rats and nonadult rats |
