| 摘 要： | Objective To analyze the correlative factorsof chylothorax and study on its diagnosis,principle of treatment and preventive measuresafter the resection of esophageal carcinoma.Methods Retrospective study on 856 cases ofesophageal carcinoma resections performed in our hospital from Feb.1988 to Nov.1999 and 11cases of postoperative chylothorax.Analyze the relation between operative methods forresection of esophageal carcinoma and the occurrence of chylothorax,the suitable time foroperative treatment of chylothorax and the proper method of thoracic duct ligation.Results Among11 postoperative chylothorax,1 case were cured by conservative and 10 cases were cured byoperative treatments.Conclusion For postoperative chylothorax,if the amount of thoracicdrainage fluid exceeds 800ml per day for 7days without reduction, it should be treated bysurgical operation in time. Preventive surgical ligation of thoracic duct during thecourse of esophageal carcinoma resection can reduce the incidence of postoperativechylothorax.
