摘    要:
目的了解2013年我校学生蠕形螨的感染情况及其影响因素。方法采取透明胶带粘贴法和问卷调查法进行检查和调查分析。结果 2013年我校学生中男生蠕形螨感染率为30.6%,女生蠕形螨感染率为28.0%;不用护肤品和用护肤品的学生蠕形螨感染率分别为33.3%和30.5%;皮肤好和皮肤差的学生蠕形螨感染率分别为40.9%和46.8%。结论男生蠕形螨感染率高于女生,但差异无统计学意义;学生采用一般的护肤方法对减低蠕形螨阳性感染率效果不明显;皮肤状况与蠕形螨阳性感染率关系不大。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To understand the infection of demodex and the influencing factors of demodex among students in Hubei University of Chinese Medicine in 2013. METHODS 332 college students were investigated foe demodex by cellophane tape method and questionnaires. RESULTS The demodex infection rates of boys was 30.6% while the demodex infection rate of girls was 28.0%. The infection rate of students who use skincare product stands was 30.5% while the infection rate of those who don't use skincare products was 33.3%. The infection rates of students who have good skin and who do not have good skin were 40.9%, 46.8% respectively.CONCLUSIONS Boy's infection rate is higher than girls, the general skincare methods taken by students does not have an obvious effect on declining positive infection rate of acarid; the status of skin does not have much influence on the positive infection rate of acarid.
