| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用神经阻滞麻醉在清醒对话中切除脑胶质瘤的价值与安全性。方法对6例脑胶质瘤患者应用神经阻滞麻醉全程清醒对话开颅手术。结果6例脑胶质瘤全部切除,手术时间平均4 h,无一例出现语言和运动功能障碍。结论完善的神经阻滞完全可以完成清醒对话开颅手术,且安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate and discuss the application of nerve block anesthesia to the resection of brain gliomaous tumour under sober conversation.Methods Nerve block anesthesia was applied to six patients with brain glioma undergoing craniotomy and resection of glioma under the condition of sober conversation.Results The gliomas of all the six patients were excised.The average opration time was 4 hours.No language barrier and motion dysfunction appeared.Conclusion Perfect nerve block anesthesia provides a ... |
