4066名柳州市青少年自杀意念及影响因素分析

目的了解柳州市青少年学生自杀意念发生情况及其影响因素。方法整群随机抽样的方法调查柳州市16所大、中学学生4 008名,多因素Logistic回归模型筛选自杀意念的危险因素。结果柳州市青少年自杀意念发生率为20.78%,女生高于男生,初中/高中学生高于大学生(P<0.01)。自杀意念的影响因素为性别、学习成绩、不健康的减肥、吸烟、饮酒、被恐吓或伤害、孤独、伤心绝望、网络成瘾等。结论柳州市大、中学生自杀意念发生率较高,尤其是初中/高中生。应采取综合干预措施,预防自杀的发生。

Analysis on Idea of Suicide and its Influence Factors Among 4,066 Adolescents in Liuzhou City

ObjectiveTo investigate the status of idea of suicide among adolescents in Liuzhou City and to analyze the relative factors.Methods An investigation was conducted with a findings form at random among 4,066 students in 16 colleges and middle schools in Liuzhou,and a Logistic regression model was used to analyze the risk factors of suicide thoughts.ResultsAltogether 20% of the adelescents in Liuzhou were inclined to commit suicide,among them the rate of grils was higher than the boy's,and the junior and senior middle school students took the lead of college students(P<0.01).The affecting factors were mainly related to sex,poor achievements in study,unhealthy weight-control measures,smoking,drinking,threats or injury,loneliness,despair,net addiction and so on.Conclusion The students in Liuzhou,especially the boys and girls in the middle schools,trend towards committing suicide,therefore comprehensive intervention measures must be taken to prevent it.
