肠易激综合征患者血浆胃肠激素含量的变化

目的 探讨胃肠激素含量的变化与肠易激综合征（IBS）的关系。方法 采用放射免疫分析方法检测了43例IBS患者血浆中胃泌素、胃动素、胰高糖素的含量,并与20例正常人进行了对照。结果IBS患者血浆中胃泌索及胃动素含量高于对照组（P<0.01）,腹泻型IBS患者血浆中胰高糖素含量低于对照组,便秘型IBS患者的胰高糖素含量则高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 胃肠激素异常与IBS的发病有相关性。

Changes of gastrointestinal hormones in irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To investigate the correlation of changes in plasma gastrointestinal hormone with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Methods The gastrointestinal hormones in plasma, such as gastrin, motilin and pancreatic glucagon, were measured in 43 patients of IBS and 20 normal controls with radioimmunossay(RIA). Results The plasma levels of gastrin and motilin (MTL) in the patients with IBS were significantly higher than those in the controls(p<0.01);The plasma concentration of pancreatic glucagon (GLU) was significantly higher in the patients with constipation predominant type IBS and was significantly lower in patients with diarrhea predominant type IBS than in the healthy controls P< 0. 01). Conclusions There were surely correlations between abnormalities of gastrointestinal hormones and IBS.
