| 摘 要： | 保护患权利，是医疗体制改革必须关注的问题。保护患权利，必须制定和落实相关法律，提高医务人员的法律素质。保护患权利，必须保护弱势群体，不断提高医务人员的人素质。保护患权利，必须加强医疗法律法规的宣传，提高患的维权意识。

| Abstract: | The issue of protecting the rights of patients is important i n performing the medical system.To protect the rights of patients,the pertinent l aws should be regulated and executed and the quality of law of medical workers s hould be improved.The protection of patient's rights involves the protection of weak groups and continual improvement of humanistic quality of medical workers. To protect the rights of patients,the propagandization of medial laws and regula tions needs reinforcement and the consciousness of protecting their rights needs enhancement. |
