| 摘 要： | 目的：研究１０２３合剂健身防癌的作用，方法：在用ＤＭＢＡ制造仓鼠平面颊癌模型的同时，用１０２３合剂灌胃以观察１０２３用药的健身防癌作用，结果：１０２３用药组在实验后２周动物体重下降少，增重幅度较大，死亡率低，而且肿瘤发生时间比未用１０２３合剂的动物组推迟了１２天，发生率明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），结论：１０２３合剂有健身防癌作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Chinese herb medicine 1023 consisting of four kinds of herb)on the prevention of cancerous transformation and beneficial to the health. Methods The 1023co was given by intubation feeding started simultaneously with the painting of 0.5 % DMBA on the hamster's buccal pouch mucosa. The hamsters only panting of 0.5 % DMBA acted as positive control group. Results The weight of the hamsters given by 1023co lowered smaller than positive control group. The time of occurring tumour in the group given by 1023co delayed 12 days comparing to positive control group and that rate of cancerous transformation was significantly lower than positive control group( P < 0.01 ). Conclusion 1023co can add to health and prevent to cancerous transformation. |
