| 摘 要： | 根据正常肝组织与肝内占位性病变具有不同血液供应的特点,我们设计了肝脏双期动态CT 扫描法,并应用于75例肝内占位性病变可疑患者。经临床或病理证实,在诊断原发性肝癌和血管瘤方面,此法准确率分别为 96.8％和92.9％,是一种简便实用的肝脏 CT增强扫描方法。

| Abstract: | According to the difference of liver blood supplying between in the normal and space occupying lesions (SOL),a new technic,double phase dynamic CT scan.was de signed as a method of diagnosis of liver diseases.and applied to 75 cases of suspicious SOL in liver. The results dcmonstrate that the accuracy rate is 93. 6% and 95. 7% for diagnosis of primary liver cancer and hepatic cavenous angioma clinically and pathologically,respective ly. We consider that this method is simple and practical technic for enhancement CT scan of liver. |
