| 摘 要： | 总结了近十几年来雷公藤中药配伍治疗类风湿性关节炎、肾病、银屑病等难治性疾病的增效作用，及中药配伍对抗雷公藤治疗时的不良反应。并阐述了雷公藤治疗疾病的作用机理，不良反应原因，以及如何选用中药配伍减毒增效作用给予分析。

| Abstract: | Researches in recent close to dozen years concerning Tripterygium Wilfordii (TW) toxicity-reducing and efficacy-enhancing by combined use of Chinese medicine in treating intractable diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, nephropathy, psoriasis etc. were summarized in this paper. Furthermore, the therapeutic mechanisms and adverse reaction of TW were elaborated and how to arrange properly the TCM hebal drugs used in combination was analyzed. |
