| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年耳鸣耳聋与内分泌的功能的关系。方法：对135例常规体检老年人的耳鸣，耳聋情况及其血清性激素，甲状腺激素进行检测和分组统计比较，结果：有耳鸣耳聋者上述血清激素值低于无此症状者，差异有显著性意义，结论：本研究表明，和下丘脑－垂体－甲状腺及性腺轴功能相关的中医“肾”功能对老年耳鸣耳聋的发生有比较明显的影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relation of sexual and thyroid hormone levels in serum with the occurrence of hearing loss and tinnitus in aged persons. Methods 135 cases of aged person were routinely surveyed with their hearing level and the symptom of tinnitus, and assayed with the serum levels of sexual and thyroid hormones, including T, E2, T3 and T4. Results Cases with hearing loss and tinnitus had significantly decreased serum levels of T, E2, T3 and T4 than those without such symptoms of auditory sytem (P<0. 05). Conclusion It is suggested that there should be a relationship between the occurrence of hearing loss and tinnitus in aged persons and the function of the kidney in TCM, which is mainly corresponding to the function of hypothalamus-hypophysis -thyroid and sexual gland axises. |
