摘    要:利用细菌在培养基中繁殖的代谢产物电阻率降低的特性,研制一种带微机的阻抗法细菌快速自动检测装置。该装置主要由细菌培养槽,数控恒流源,微处理机,A/D与D/A转换器,记录显示等5部分组成。它可在2~3h内用四电极法自动检测出常见细菌繁殖的阻抗变化特征曲线。用本装置测出的阻抗曲线可分辨待测试样中有无常见细菌,也可作药物敏感试验等,大大缩短了细菌检测的时间,提高细菌检测的效率。

Abstract:Based on a fearture of decrease in the electrical resistivity of metabolite with bacteria propagating in culture medium, a microprocessor controled system is designed for automatic fast-becteria-detection on electrical impedance method. The system consists of five parts, maliny: bacteria-culture tubes, digit-controled stabiliger, microprocessor, A/D and D/A converters, printer and display screen, The system can determine impedance characteristic curves with bacteria propagation by a quadruyple electrodes method Within two to three hours. These impedance curves are used to identify whether there are common bacteria in a given sample, take drug sensibility tests and so on, In addition, the time for bacteria detection can be reduced very much and the detection efficiency becomes very high.
