脑缺血/再灌注损伤机制的研究现状

摘    要:缺血性脑血管病已成为当今世界最主要的致死、致残的疾病。脑缺血后再灌注既可挽救濒临死亡的细胞,又可加重缺血细胞的损伤,引起缺血/再灌注损伤。这是一个复杂的病理生理过程,包括许多环节,如炎性反应、细胞内钙失稳态、自由基生成、能量障碍、兴奋性氨基酸释放增加、凋亡基因激活等均参与了该事件的发生。现就脑缺血/再灌注损伤相关机制的研究进展予以综述。

Abstract:The ischemic cerebrovascular disease is one of leading causes of death and long-time disability in modern society.Its treating principle is to recover blood reperfusion of ischemic tissue in time.But the injury following reperfusion becomes another difficulty.It′s a complicated pathophysiological process,which including increase of gene expression of energy,three carboxylic acid cycle,intracellular calcium overload,excessive release of excitatory amino acids,oxygen free radicals,inflammatory cytokines and adhesion molecules and activation of apoptosis.The progress on the mechanisms of cerebrovascular ischemia reperfusion injury have been summarized in this article.
