全国血细胞分析室间质量评价调查

目的：为了了解改进后的质评方案的可行性，及时掌握血细胞检测存在的问题，设计并实施了本次调查活动。方法：对质评物的稳定性进行了检测；按仪器类型对实验室进行分组并统计结果；以SDI为指标对回报结果进行了评价；确定了各组的参考值；对存在的问题进行了分析。结果：质评物的稳定性良好；除Abbott组的白细胞计数检测参数外，其余各组的组均值，中位数和参考值均较接近。使用配套试剂、校准物和质控物比例高的组别成绩较好。结论：质评物的稳定性可用于室间质评。影响检测结果准确性的主要原因是一些参加实验室使用非配套的试剂、校准物和质控物或未使用校准物．质控物。

External Quality Assessment Survey for Hematological Laboratories in China

Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of improved external quality assessment (EQA) program, we set an experimental EQA survey. Methods: During the period of this survey, we checked the quality of the EQA samples, divided the participants into different group, each laboratory' s results were evaluated by Standard Deviation Index (SDI) . The reference values were determined to evaluate the accuracy for peer groups. Results: The data shows that the stability of the EQA samples were acceptable. Excepting WBC count of Abbott group, the mean, median and reference value for each parameter were very close. Conclusion: The main reason affecting the performance of the participants was without using the reagents, calibrator and QC material recommended by manufacture. From this survey, we obtain a good reference for future improvement.
