| 摘 要： | 为探讨心肌局部血管紧张素Ⅱ（ＡｎｇⅡ）在运动后的变化和意义，本文以大鼠急性衰竭游泳为模型观察了极量运动后心肌的病理改变及心肌局部ＡｎｇⅡ、血浆ＡｎｇⅡ的变化。结果表明，大鼠急性衰竭运动后心肌组织呈嗜酸样变性，心肌局部ＡｎｇⅡ的含量降低了４３％，和对照组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），血浆ＡｎｇⅡ的含量运动后增加了８３％，和对照组比较有非常显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。血浆ＡｎｇⅡ和心肌局部ＡｎｇⅡ的含量呈线性负相关（ｒ＝－０．７７２，Ｐ＝０．００２）。提示心肌ＡｎｇⅡ的降低与其释放增多有关，ＡｎｇⅡ的释放增多可能参与了心肌病理改变的发病过程。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the changes of myocardium cardiac angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) aftet exercise, AngII contents in myocardium and plasma in rats after exhaustive swimming were determined. Results showed that Angll contents in myocardium decreased significantly by 43% compared with the controls(P<0.05), while AngII contents in plasma increased markedly by 83% compared with the controls(P<0.01).The contents of AngII in myocardium had a linear nagative correlation with those in plasma (r=-0.772.p=0.002), indicating that the decrease of AngII in myocardium might be related to its enhanced release, which might play a role in the development of pathological changes of myocardum. |
