摘    要:目的 :了解细菌性阴道病与早产、胎膜早破的相关性。方法 :14 9名孕妇分为正常孕妇组 66例、早产组 2 6例、胎膜早破组 5 7例 ,对阴道分泌物进行细菌性阴道病 (BV)的检测 ,同时做细菌培养了解是否合并其他微生物感染 ,并追踪观察妊娠结局。结果 :早产组及胎膜早破组BV发生率分别为 2 6 92 %和 2 2 81% ,均明显高于正常孕妇组 (9 0 9% ) ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。而早产组与胎膜早破组之间无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :妊娠合并BV与早产、胎膜早破明显相关 ,有必要对妊娠合并BV孕妇进行治疗

Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between bacterial vaginopathy(BV) of women at late pregnancy and preterm birth(PTB) and premature rupture of membrane(PROM). Methods: The vaginal secretion of 149 pregnant women delivered at our hospital was examined.Of them, 66 were pregnant normally,27 gave PTB ,and 57 had PROM.Bacterium culturing method was used to see if there occurred infection by other microbes and the pregnancy process was observed continuously.Results: The rate of BV was significantly lower in women gave normal birth than that of women gave PTB(9 09%vs 26 92%,P<0 05),and that of women had PROM(9 09%vs 22 81%,P<0 05).But between groups of PROM and BV, the rates were not different significantly.Conclusion: There was significant association between PTB or PROM and bacterial vaginopathy .So it is necessary to treat BV during pregnancy.
