| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药联合多波长激光治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的疗效。方法:回顾性分析60例98眼糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者,其中多波长激光治疗30例47眼,中药联合多波长激光治疗30例51眼,治疗前后检查眼底和眼底荧光血管造影,全部病例随访3mo。结果:中药联合多波长激光治疗组较单纯光凝治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿吸收快(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合多波长激光能有效促进糖尿病性黄斑水肿的吸收。

| Abstract: | AIM: To observe the curative effect of the multi-wavelength laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for treating diabetic macular edema.·METHODS: Sixty cases (98 eyes) with diabetic macular edema were retrospectively analyzed, in which 30 cases (47 eyes) were treated by multi-wavelength laser and other 30 cases (51 eyes) received multi-wavelength laser and TCM. The eyeground examination and fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) were performed before and after the treatment. All cases were followed up for 3 months.·RESULTS: The diabetic macular edema was absorbed faster in those cases received multi-wavelength laser and TCM than that in the cases treated by multi-wavelength laser only (P<0.05).·CONCLUSION: The method that multi-wavelength laser combined with TCM has effect on accelerating edema absorption during treating diabetic macular edema.· |
