| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结直肠癌组织中环氧化酶-2（COX-2）和肿瘤转移抑制基因H1（nm23-H1）的表达与结直肠癌转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测62例结直肠癌组织中COX-2、nm23-H1的表达水平,分析其与临床病理的关系。结果COX-2的表达与结直肠癌的淋巴结转移、Dukes分期、浸润深度均呈正相关（r分别=0.41、0.39、0.31,P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;nm23-H1的表达与结直肠癌的淋巴结转移、Dukes分期均呈负相关（r分别=-0.48、-0.26,P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论COX-2、nm23-H1的表达与结直肠癌侵袭和转移密切相关,COX-2、nm23-H1的联合检测对结直肠癌的病理分期、预后判断及指导临床治疗具有重要的意义。
