| 摘 要： | 目的研究男性染色体异常与男性不育之间的关系。方法对154名患者的外周血淋巴细胞进行常规培养，然后作G带核型分析。结果在154名不育患者中，检出核型异常29例，其中有26例为数目异常（包括5例46，XY／47，XXY嵌合体），3例为结构异常。另外本实验还发现了2例男性假两性畸形患者。结论染色体异常是男性不育的重要原因之一。

| Abstract: | Objective, To study the relationship between the chromosome aberration and the male infertility. Methods, Against 154 patients, the chromosome preparations＇can be abtained by the conventional culture, then G banding karyotype analysis is carried out. Results ~ The study shows that there are 29 cases of chromosome aberration in the experiment ： 26 cases of numerical aberration （ containing 5 46, XY/47, XXY mosaic ） and 3 cases of structrual aberration. Addtionally, there are 2 cases of pseudohermaphroditism. Conclusion. The chromosome aberration is one of important reasons that lead to the male infertility. |
