| 摘 要： | 结直肠癌是威胁人类健康的一类常见的消化道恶性肿瘤,血浆血清中游离核酸的发现为结直肠癌的基因诊断开辟了一个新的方向。结直肠癌病人血浆血清中肿瘤相关基因的改变,如染色体微卫星不稳定性、癌基因突变、杂合性缺失等,与原发灶的改变相一致,使得利用血浆血清中游离核酸作为结直肠癌早期诊断和预后判断的素材有一定的靶向性。

| Abstract: | Colorectal cancer is one of the most common tumors which are big threats to peoples＇ lives. The discovery of circulating cell-free nucleic acids gives a new opportunity for the early diagnosis and prognosis of such a kind of cancer. It is demonstrated that some gene alterations of colorectal cancer such as LOH, MSI and oncogene mutation that have been found in plasma or serum showed the same characteristics as original cancer tissues. Thus, early diagnosis and prognosis of colorectal cancer based on circulating nucleic acids in plasma or serum have great target activity. |
