| 摘 要： | 目的观察抗脑抗体对脑胶质瘤细胞C6的增殖、凋亡和侵袭力的影响。方法将C6细胞分为实验组和对照组，实验组加入不同浓度的抗脑抗体，对照组不加抗脑抗体；分别采用MTT法、流式细胞术及Boyden小室测算C6增殖抑制率、细胞凋亡率及穿膜细胞数。结果实验组加抗脑抗体5、10、20、30、400μml处理后，C6增殖抑制率分别为16．3％±4．4％、18．7％±3．2％、22．6％±3．0％、27．7％±1．4％、39．9％±3．3％，对照组为0；实验组加抗脑抗体5、40μg/ml处理后，C6细胞凋亡率分别为17．257％±5．964％、28．677％±6．748％，对照组为6．043％±0．421％；实验组加抗脑抗体5、20、30μg/ml处理后，C6穿膜细胞数分别为（3266．67±251．66）、（7133．33±305．51）、（15000．00±2000．00）个，对照组为（1533．33±152．75）个。实验组各浓度间相比，P均〈0．05；与对照组相比，P均〈0．05。结论抗脑抗体可抑制脑胶质瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭，并诱导其凋亡。
