化脓性中耳炎颅内并发症的早期诊断(附19例报告)

化脓性中耳炎颅内并发症虽然已很少见,但其预后凶险,死亡率较高。许多因素如应用抗生素掩盖症状、曾经手术、临床症状不典型等均可引起误诊。本文分析了19例化脓性中耳炎颅内开发症,认为具有臭味的耳漏、头痛和发热在早期诊断中具有重要意义;而意识状态改变则属晚期表现,提示已发生颅内感染。

EARLY DIAGNOSIS OF OEURNTOLOGIC COMPLICATIONS OF SUPPURATIVE OTITIS MEDIA

Althouth the neurotologie complications of suppurative otitis media are getting fewer today, their prognosis is always lethal and the mortality is quite high. There are various factors for the delay in the diagnosis of otogenic neurotologic complications, including antibiotic suppression, surgical effect and inadequate clinical evidece. 19 cases of orogenic neurotologic complications were analysed to determine the early and late findings. Malodorous otorrhea, headache and fever are significant in early diagnosis; altered mental status is the late finding, indicating established intraeranial infection. We hope to lower the mortality associated with these complications by drawing attention to the early clinical manifestation.
