| 摘 要： | 目的：针对胃大部切除术后胃排空障碍的发病原因，探讨中西医结合治疗的方法。方法：对以胃大部切除术后发生胃排空障碍19例病人，随机分为两组，对照组10例采用常规的方法治疗，治疗组9例采用中西医结合的方法治疗，比较两组疗效。结果：中西医结合的方法治疗效果显，优于常规治疗的效果(P＜0．05)。结论：中西医结合的方法对胃排空障碍有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine of functional delayed gastric emptying after subtotal gastrectomy.Methods:19 patients of functional delayed gastric emptying after subtotal gastrectomy were randomly divided into two groups.In control group( n =10) general treatment was taken alone and in treatment group( n =9) integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine was used.Then the effect was analyzed.Results:The therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on functional delayed gastric emptying after subtotal gastrectomy was better than that of general treatment( P <0 05).Conclusion:The integrated treatment of functional delayed gastric emptying after subtotal gastrectomy can have satisfactory effect. |
