| Abstract: | A case of neonatal, poliomyelitis is discussed. The clinical, electromyographic and serologic studies confirmed the diagnosis of paralytic poliomyelitis, thus illustrating the risk of disease in neonates born of non-immune mothers, into an environment where infection is very common. |
