2006年彭州市农村七岁以下儿童体格发育调查

目的:了解彭州市农村0~7岁儿童体格发育现状。方法:采取分层整群抽样和随机抽样的方法,调查天彭、西郊、利安、敖平、楠杨、葛仙山镇7岁以下儿童体格发育状况,分男、女22个年龄组,每个年龄组30~135人,共2778人。结果:彭州市儿童体格发育5项指标随年龄增大而增加,年龄越小增长速度越快。除部分年龄组外,体格发育5项指标均存在明显的男女差异(P<0.05)。彭州市7岁以下儿童的体重、身高值均低于中国9市郊区。结论:应加强农村儿童保健、改变观念、科学喂养,努力缩小儿童体格发育的地区差异。

Survey on physical development of children under 7 years old in country of Pengzhou,2006

Objective:To understand the physical development status of children aged 0~7 years old in the country of Pengzhou.Methods:The physical development status of children aged 0~7 years old in Tianpeng, Xijiao, Li'an, Aoping, Nanyang and Gexianshan town were surveyed by cluster sampling and random cluster sampling.the subjects consisted of 2 778 healthy children who were divided into 22 age groups, with 30~135 children in each group.Results:The five indexes of physical development increased with the age of children, the younger the children were,the faster they grew. Except partial age groups,there was significant difference in the five indexes between boys and girls (P<0.05).The mean body weight and height of the children under 7 years old in Pengzhou were lower than those in the urban-rural areas from nine cities in China.Conclusion:Strengthened heath care of children, scientific ideas and feeding may improve the physical development status of children aged 0~7 years old in Pengzhou.
