子宫内膜息肉电切术与单纯刮宫术对诊治子宫内膜息肉的效果分析

目的:比较宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉电切术(HE)与单纯刮宫术(D&C)对子宫内膜息肉的诊断准确性和疗效评价。方法:将宫腔镜检查提示子宫内膜息肉的645名妇女随机分为宫腔镜内膜息肉电切术组350例,单纯刮宫术组295例,均行组织病理检查,比较两组的诊断符合率、术后并发症发生率、症状缓解率和术后复发率。结果:两组的诊断符合率、症状缓解率和复发率差异有显著意义(P<0.05),并发症发生率差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:宫腔镜经宫颈子宫内膜息肉电切术在提高诊断符合率和降低术后复发率方面较单纯刮宫术有明显优势,但并不能明显降低手术并发症发生率。

Analysis on the effect of transcervical electrocision of polyps and simple curettage on endometrial polyps

Objective:To compare and evaluate the effect of transcervical electrocision of polyps and simple curettage in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods:645 women diagnosed as endometrial polyps by hysteroscope were divided into electrocision group(350 women treated by transcervical electrocision)and curettage group(295 women treated by simple curettage),the coincidence rate of diagnosis,incidence of postoperative complications,remission rate of symptoms and recurrence rate were compared between two groups.Results:There was significant difference in the coincidence rate of diagnosis,remission rate of symptoms and recurrence rate between two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:With such advantages as higher coincidence rate of diagnosis,symptom remission and lower rate of recurrence,transcervical electrocision of polyps is proved to be more effective than simple curettage in treatment of endometrial polyps.
