反复自然流产的免疫抗体研究

目的:探讨反复自然流产与免疫抗体的关系。方法:采用ELISA法检测30例不明原因反复自然流产(流产组)患者血清抗精子抗体(AsAb)、抗子宫内膜抗体(EmAb)、抗卵巢抗体(AovAb)、抗心磷脂抗体(AcAb)和抗绒毛膜促性腺激素抗体(AhcGAb)的含量,以非妊娠期健康育龄妇女30名为对照组。结果:流产组AsAb阳性率为26.94%,EmAb阳性率为43.10%,AovAb阳性率为31.26%,AcAb阳性率为47.03%,AhcGAb阳性率为49.01%,均明显高于对照组。结论:上述5种免疫抗体可干扰卵的发育成熟、排卵、受精、胚泡着床和胚胎发育等过程,与不明原因反复自然流产关系密切。

Study on immunity antibodies of recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective:To study the relationship between immunity antibodies and recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods:Thirty patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion were selected as abortion group,and thirty healthy women were selected as control group.The levels of antisperm antibody(AsAb),endometrial antibody(EmAb),anti-ovary antibody(AovAb),anticardiolipin antibody(AcAb) and anti-human chorionic gonadotropin antibody(AhcGAb) in serum were detected by ELISA.Results:In abortion group the positive rates were AsAb 26.67%,EmAb 43.33%,AovAb 30.00%,AcAb 46.67% and AhcGAb 50.00%.There was significant difference in detection rate of the five immunity antibodies between 2 groups.Conclusion:It is suggested that the five immunity antibodies may affect ovum maturity,ovulation,fertilization,fertilized ovum embedding and fetal development,which are related to female infertility.
