钳刮术前海藻棒软化扩张宫颈的临床应用

目的:探讨孕11～14周行人工流产术前安全有效的扩宫准备方法。方法:孕妇钳刮术前日置一次性宫颈扩张棒,24h内取出后常规行钳刮加吸引术,术后肌注缩宫素10IU,观察人工流产综合征、宫颈裂伤、子宫穿孔、漏吸(刮)、羊水栓塞等并发症的发生情况。结果:置入海藻棒后40例孕妇宫颈扩张充分,可顺利置入9号、10号金属扩张器,无需再用力扩宫;无人工流产综合征、宫颈裂伤、子宫穿孔、漏吸(刮)、羊水栓塞等并发症的发生;钳刮吸引流产术成功率100%。结论:海藻棒用于钳刮术前软化扩张宫颈是安全有效的。

Clinical application of disposable cervical dilating rods in cervical softening and dilatation before curettage

Objective:To explore a safe and effective method of cervical dilatation before induced abortion at 11~14 gestational weeks.Methods:Disposable cervical dilating rods were put into cervical canal on the day before curettage and took off after 24 hours, then curettage and negative pressure suction were carried out; after operation, the cases were treated with intramuscular injection of oxytocin 10IU; the complications including induced abortion syndrome, cervical laceration, uterine perforation, intrauterine remains and amniotic fluid embolism were observed.Results:40 cases got adequate cervical dilatation after disposable cervical dilating rods, 9 and 10# metal dilators could be put into cervical canal smoothly; no complications occurred; the successful rate of curettage and negative pressure suction was 100%.Conclusion:Disposable cervical dilating rods for cervical softening and dilatation before curettage are safe and effective.
