黄冈市城区3岁幼儿身高四季增长调查

目的:研究黄冈市城区3岁幼儿身高增长的季节性特点和规律,为促进幼儿体质健康发育和开展幼儿卫生保健工作提供科学依据。方法:2006年9月～2007年9月对黄冈市实验幼儿园2003年出生的90名幼儿(男43名,女47名)的四季身高增长情况进行了5次跟踪测量和统计分析。结果:黄冈市3岁幼儿身高增长的最佳季节为春季和秋季,最差增长季节为冬季,男性幼儿在春季和秋季以及夏季和冬季之间身高增长量比较差异无统计学意义,春、秋季与夏、冬季之间比较则差异有统计学意义,而女性幼儿四个季节的身高增长量比较差异均有统计学意义。两性间身高增长量季节比较,春季和夏季差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),秋季和冬季差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄冈市3岁幼儿身高增长表现出明显的季节性特征,且女性幼儿生长受季节因素影响的程度大于男性幼儿。

Investigation on seasonal growth of height of children aged 3 years old in urban are as of Huanggang city

Objective:To study the seasonal status of height growth of children aged 3 years old in urban areas of Huanggang city,provide a scientific basis for promoting health physical development and conducting health care of children.Methods:The seasonal status of the height growth of 90 children(43 boys and 47 girls)born in 2003 was surveyed and analyzed from September 2006 to September 2007.Results:The fittest seasons of height growth for 3-year-old children in Huanggang city were spring and autumn,the worst season was winter.For boys,there was no significant difference in height growth rate between spring and autumn or between summer and winter;but there was significant difference between spring-autumn and summer-winter.For girls,there was significant difference among four seasons.There was no difference in height growth rates of spring and summer between boys and girls(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in height growth rates of autumn and winter between boys and girls(P<0.05).Conclusion:The height growth of children aged 3 years old in Huanggang city shows an obvious seasonal features,especially girls.
