| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨宫腔镜辅助吉尼钳取宫内节育器(IUD)的效果和安全性。方法:对2006年1月~2010年7月用宫腔镜辅助吉尼钳取宫内节育器23例进行回顾性分析,其中全部存在IUD嵌顿,植入部位为子宫中下段,同时采用超声监测。结果:23例IUD嵌顿者用宫腔镜辅助吉尼钳均顺利取出。结论:宫腔镜辅助吉尼钳取宫内节育器的方法简单、快捷、安全、有效,值得推广。

Clinical analysis on 23 cases removal IUD by giga-nun clipper under hysteroscope |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of removal IUD by giga-nun clipper under hysteroscope.Methods:23 cases who have been removed IUD by giga-nun clipper under hysteroscope from January 2006 to July 2010 were analyzed retrospectively,IUD incarceration existed in all the cases,the implant position was middle and distal uterus,ultrasonic monitoring was adopted.Results:The incarcerated IUD of 23 cases was removed by giga-nun clipper successfully under hysteroscope.Conclusion:The method of removing IUD by giga-nun clipper under hysteroscope is simple,rapid,safe and effective,which is worth popularizing. |
