| 摘 要： | 目的:分析四川省民族地区住院分娩现状,为制定相关政策提供依据。方法:对四川省2009年住院分娩资料进行回顾分析。结果:民族地区经济落后、医疗资源匮乏、交通不便、住院分娩意识淡漠,住院分娩率明显低于全省平均水平。结论:多因素制约民族地区住院分娩,需综合干预以提高民族地区住院分娩率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the status of hospital delivery in minority concentrated region in Sichuan,provide a basis for making related strategies.Methods:The data of hospital delivery in Sichuan in 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The rate of hospital delivery in minority concentrated region was significantly lower than average level of Sichuan because of behindhand economic level,inadequate medical resource,inconvenient traffic and apathic consciousness of hospital delivery.Conclusion:Many factors restrict the rate of hospital delivery in minority concentrated region,comprehensive intervention should be taken to improve the rate of hospital delivery in minority concentrated region. |
