阴式B超监测在输卵管妊娠药物治疗中的临床价值

目的:探讨未破裂型输卵管妊娠药物治疗中阴道超声监测的临床价值。方法:41例未破裂型输卵管妊娠患者,给予氨甲喋呤肌内注射,加米非司酮口服,进行保守治疗。分别于用药前及用药后3天,2周,4周,6周连续动态观察阴道超声下包块的变化及血HCG的变化情况。结果:停经时间短,药物敏感的患者,用氨甲喋呤后疗效好,41例患者中36例保守治疗成功,5例手术治疗,成功率为87.8%。结论:阴道超声具有比腹式超声诊断早、分辨力强、准确率高的优点,在诊断早期输卵管妊娠中具有很高的临床价值,值得推广。

Clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound monitoring in medication therapy of tubal pregnancy

Objective:To explore the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound monitoring in medication therapy of unruptured tubal pregnancy.Methods:41 cases of unruptured tubal pregnancy were injected with methotrexate by intramuscular and added mifepristone by oral administration.The gestation sacs and levels of HCG were dynamically monitored under transvaginal ultrasound before treatment and on the third day and the second,fourth,sixth weeks after treatment.Results:36 cases were succeeded by conservative treatment and 5 cases were treated by surgery.The success rate reached 87.8%.The methotrexate efficacy was better to drug-sensitive patients with short menopause time.Conclusion:Transvaginal ultrasound has a high clinical value in the diagnosis of early tubal pregnancy,and it's worth promotion.
