解脲脲原体、抗心磷脂抗体与反复自然流产间关系的研究

目的:探讨反复自然流产(RSA)与解脲脲原体(Uu)感染、抗心磷脂抗体(ACA)间的关系,并进一步研究解脲脲原体感染与抗心磷脂抗体产生间的关系。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测126例反复自然流产患者(RSA组)静脉血中ACAIgM、IgG含量;采用荧光定量PCR法检测其宫颈分泌物中解脲脲原体含量;50例孕前咨询查体者(PE组)作为对照组并进行相应检测。结果:126例反复自然流产患者的ACAIgM、IgG,Uu阳性率分别为21.43%、30.16%、32.54%,显著高于对照组对应的4.00%、4.00%、12.00%(P<0.05)。RSA中解脲脲原体阳性组ACAIgM、IgG阳性率分别为36.59%、51.22%,显著高于阴性组的14.12%、20.00%(P<0.05)。结论:解脲脲原体感染、抗心磷脂抗体是导致反复自然流产的重要因素,且抗心磷脂抗体的产生与解脲脲原体感染具有相关性。

Study of the relationship among ureaplasma urealyticum,anticardiolipin antibody and recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective:To explore the relationship among recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA),ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and anticardiolipin antibody (ACA),and further study the relationship between Uu infection and ACA production.Methods:Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was applied to detect the levels of ACA IgM and IgG in serum of 126 cases with RSA;the level of Uu in cervical secretion was detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) ;50 cases with preconceptional counseling and examination were selected as control group.Results:The positive rates of ACA IgM,IgG and Uu in RSA group were 21.43%,30.16% and 32.54%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in control group (4.00%,4.00% and 12.00%) (P < 0.05) ;in RSA group,the positive rates of ACA IgM and IgG in Uu infection group were 36.59% and 51.22%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in non-Uu infection group (14.12% and 20.00%) (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Uu infection and ACA are important factors leading to RSA,and there is a correlation between ACA production and Uu infection.
