SonoVue宫腔超声造影监测输卵管通液术的临床应用(附41例报告)

目的:探讨SonoVue子宫输卵管超声造影(HyCoSy)的图像与输卵管通液术临床判定的关系。方法:选择不孕症妇女41例,采用注射用超声造影剂SonoVue子宫输卵管超声造影监测子宫输卵管通液术,并与腹腔镜检查结果对照比较。结果:HyCoSy诊断输卵管完全阻塞11条,狭窄56条,与腹腔镜输卵管通液术检查结果相比较,敏感性为95.5%,特异性为72.7%。输卵管复通率为61.2%,复通后受孕率55.6%。结论:对输卵管性不孕妇女采用SonoVue子宫输卵管超声造影监视输卵管通液术有较高的输卵管再通率和妊娠率,兼有诊断和治疗双重作用,是一种安全、简便、并发症少的手术方式。

Clinical application of Sonovue sonohysterography in the monitoring of hydrotubation of 41 cases

Objective:To explore the relationship between clinical judgement of hydrotubation and ultrasonic imaging under SonoVue sonohysterography.Methods:41 infertile women were selected and injected by SonoVue,the effect of hydrotubation was monitored, the results of laparoscope was golden standard.Results:11 fallopian tubes were diagnosed as complete obstruction and 56 fallopian tubes were diagnosed as narrow fallopian tubes by SonoVue sonohysterography, compared to the results of laparoscope,the sensitivity and specificity of SonoVue sonohysterography were 95.5% and 72.7%,respectively.The recanalization rate of fallopian tubes was 61.2% and gestation rate was 55.6% after recanalization.Conclusion:The recanalization rate of fallopian tubes and gestation rate are high in hydrotubation under SonoVue sonohysterography, the therapy is safe, convenient and combined with fewer complications.
