| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)患儿补充二十二碳-6烯酸(DHA)后情绪障碍的变化。方法:对确诊的ADHD儿童补充DHA,分析补充DHA对ADHD儿童情绪改变的影响。结果:①ADHD儿童在服用DHA前后焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表得分比较,因子躯体化/惊恐、分离性焦虑、广泛性焦虑在用药前后有统计学意义(P<0.05),男童和6～12岁儿童表现最明显。②ADHD儿童在服用DHA前后抑郁障碍自评量表得分比较,除"对自己有信心"外,其余因子均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补充DHA对ADHD患儿情绪障碍有一定疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the emotional changes of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) after supplement of docosahexaenoic acid(DHA).Methods:All ADHD children were given DHA and the effects of DHA on emotional changes of children were analyzed.Results:①There was significant difference in SCARED indexes of body/panic,separation anxiety and generalized anxiety before and after taking DHA.The above indexes in boys and 6~12 years old children were obvious.②There was no significant difference in indexes of DSRSC except the factor "having confidence for me".Conclusion:Supplement of DHA can improve some emotional changes of ADHD children. |
