中央型前置胎盘产后出血危险因素分析

目的:探讨导致中央型前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的危险因素。方法:对2008年9月～2009年9月在常州市妇幼保健院分娩的125例中央型前置胎盘的患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,探讨导致产后出血的危险因素。结果:中央型前置胎盘产后出血的发生率为33.60%,其危险因素为:瘢痕子宫、前壁胎盘、侵入性胎盘及徒手剥离胎盘。结论:瘢痕子宫、前壁胎盘、侵入性胎盘及徒手剥离胎盘是造成中央型前置胎盘产后出血的危险因素。

Analysis on risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage in central type of placenta previa

Objective:To explore the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in central type of placenta previa.Methods:The clinical data of 125 patients with central type of placenta previa who delivered in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Changzhou from September 2008 to September 2009 were analyzed retrospectively,the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage were explored.Results:The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in central type of placenta previa was 33.60%,the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage included scar uterus,anterior wall placenta,invasive placenta and manual removal of placenta.Conclusion:Scar uterus,anterior wall placenta,invasive placenta and manual removal of placenta are risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage in central type of placenta previa.
