| 摘 要： | 目的:研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体-1(sFlt-1)在正常早孕和原因不明复发性流产(URSA)患者外周血中水平,探讨VEGF及其可溶性受体sFlt-1与原因不明复发性流产的相关性。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验法测定35例原因不明复发性流产胚胎停育患者和35例正常早孕孕妇血清VEGF及其sFlt-1水平。结果:原因不明复发性流产胚胎停育患者血清VEGF及其sFlt-1水平较正常早孕孕妇明显增高,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血清VEGF及sFlt-1与原因不明复发性流产具有相关性。

Vascular endothelial growth factor and its soluble receptor sFlt-1 and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion |

| Abstract: | Objective:To research the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its soluble receptor-1 (sFlt-1) in peripheral blood of normal women of early pregnancy and women with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA),explore the correlation between VEGF,sFlt-1 and URSA.Methods:Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method was used to detect the levels of VEGF and sFlt-1 in serum of 35 cases with URSA and 35 normal women of early pregnancy.Results:The levels of VEGF and sFlt-1 in URSA group were significantly higher than those in normal early pregnancy group (P < 0.01).Conclusion:There is a correlation between VEGF,sFlt-1 in serum and URSA. |
