宫腔粘连分离术后3种防粘连方法分析

目的:观察宫腔镜引导下分离宫腔粘连(intrauterine adhesion,IUA)术后3种防粘连方法的预后情况。方法:2008年10月～2009年8月就诊于该院经宫腔镜检查诊断为各级IUA并成功分离粘连者60例,随机分为3组:A组为术后宫内放置IUD+Foley球囊导尿管+欣可聆防粘连冲洗液,B组为术后宫内放置IUD+Foley球囊导尿管,C组为术后宫内放置IUD。观察3组预防粘连处理后月经量、宫腔及周期性下腹痛恢复情况。结果:A组治疗效果明显好于B组,B组又明显好于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔粘连分离术后行宫内置环+Foley球囊导尿管+欣可聆预防再次粘连效果较为确切。

Analysis on three methods of preventing adhesion after intrauterine adhesiotomy

Objective:To observe the prognostic status of three methods of preventing adhesion after intrauterine adhesiotomy guided by hysteroscope.Methods:60 cases who were diagnosed as intrauterine adhesion by hysteroscope and underwent intrauterine adhesiotomy successfully from October 2008 to August 2009 were divided into three groups:the cases in group A were placed with intrauterine IUD,Foley saccule urinary catheter and Singclean flushing fluid were used;the cases in group B were placed with intrauterine IUD and Foley saccule urinary catheter;the cases in group C were placed with intrauterine IUD.The menstrual volume,uterine cavity recovery and periodic hypogastralgia after treatment in the three groups were observed.Results:The clinical efficacy of group A was superior to that of group B,the clinical efficacy of group B was superior to that of group C,there was significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Intrauterine IUD,Foley saccule urinary catheter and Singclean flushing fluid can prevent adhesion after intrauterine adhesiotomy.
